You can use words of power for literally anything. Aura of protection, empowering chakras, clearing chakra blockages (the rune THURISAZ, THAUR is the more powerful version can be used to unblock chakras), obtaining money, and anything else you can think of you can use vibrations for. I used SATANAS to be able to return a computer after the return policy had expired.

It takes zero focus to vibrate words of power. If you want to vibrate a rune or mantra, sit down and vibrate the rune or mantra. It takes less effort to vibrate words of power than it take to make a sandwich as you have to actually get up to make a sandwich. You can lay down on your bed, stand, sit in a chair, or otherwise lounge in a position that is comfortable for you to vibrate words of power.

If you are under enemy attack, you need to build a strong aura of protection and build a shield around your house to keep enemy entities out. You can use SURYAE, ALGIZ, BERKANO, SOWILO (SAULO is the more powerful version), SATANAS, solar energy, or some other method to strengthen your aura of protection. I recommend you use all of the above if you can. A very strong aura of protection will make your life much easier as you will be protected against bad luck, accidents, disease, horrible people, physical or psychic attack, and other misfortune.

You should do a Banishing Ritual daily to keep enemy entities out of your house. To build a shield around your house, you can visualize Zevist electric-blue fire filling your house and affirm something like, "Enemies of Satan cannot enter this house," or ,"All enemies of Satan are completely and permanently banished from this house.

i haven't done much in the vibration for my aura department but i know if you do 108 reps of "thorayzaz" with the standard rosary affirmations in between saying something like "im a powerful confident warrior" you'll quickly find you can bring out hateful war ready energy that will charge you up blue and make you immune to any trashy energy for a bit

Make sure you have "in a positive manner" in all affirmations you use. Energy takes the path of least resistance and that is usually negative. You do not want to become a powerful, confident warrior because someone died and you trained yourself as a result.

I love vibrations.  I would incorporate them into everything if I could.  But I have to limit myself to working on a certain number of things.  Their is so much stuff a person can work on.  I can really feel vibrations and get a good feel for what is going on.  I can't see them yet, nor am I trying to.  I just want to get a good feel for all of them first.  I haven't done much with Runes yet.  I take it, Thorayzaz is a type of rune and you vibrate some sound in order to achieve a specific result?  I will become fully aware of these quite soon, as I find them extremely interesting and powerful. 

Stupid question.  What do you do for a rosary?  I bought one, but the beads are too small and its a piece of shit.  I'd love to find a simple click counter I could hold in my hand that shows the number of times you have pressed it.  I find the beads to be distracting and quit using them.  I definitely need something - the tally method and finger counting method is really starting to suck.  I'll check out Amazon.com.

I appreciate you telling me about the rune.  I'll try it out soon.  Lately though, I've been incorporating Blue Flame Energy into my aura naturally, using the aura of protection meditation.  Instead of breathing in bright white light or Sun light, I am breathing in Gold (molten gold), next layer, Silver (molten silver).  This combines and is the color and intensity of the Sun.  Then outside of that I don't know what I want yet, so I just use Bright White Light.  Then outside of that I use powerful Blue Flame Energy.  I do it all the time when doing an aura of protection meditation.

The affirmation I use is:  "I am breathing in powerful bright gold energy; and bright silver energy; and bright white energy and powerful blue flame energy" (while envisioning each layer filling up).  "This energy is building an aura of protection around me".  "This aura protects me at all times in every way".  LOL.  Only one problem.  Don't imagine it to be hot or you will sweat your ass off.

I used to be pretty depressed growing up, bordering on suicide, so when I am attacked the enemy likes to get me to reexperience that.  It's actually helped me to grow stronger.  I just need to do more aura of protection and more Ritual time.  Every time they attack me now I do twice as much aura of protection and twice as much Rituals.  Simple fix. That's solved all the problems I was having with "being weighted down with insect shit".

But, I'm definitely anxious to start working with runes.

You can make your own Zevist rosary. A Zevist rosary at the simplest is 108 beads on a string to help you keep count. You can also use sticks, cards, a calculator (type in 1+1 and hit the = button each time you do a vibration), folding a sheet of paper, or any other method that works for you.

“To help you to keep-up with the count, find a way, practice it and familiarize yourself with it.

I use my fingers and finger-pads. There are 3 pads on each finger.
I use my thumb to press the 1st pad of my little finger for one count, 2nd pad of little finger for 2 counts, 3rd pad of my little finger for 3 counts.
Then i'll switch my thumb to press my ring finger's 1st pad for the 4th count and so on.
