Ive been reading the out of body experiences by robert Monroe and it reminded me of an experience i had before I knew JoS was a thing and was trying to learn to increase my bioelectricity on my own.
Was sitting in my car smoking with a friend of mine(both of us were sharing our experiences at this point learning from each other) conversing about how u get a chill/tingle/crawl feel up ur spine from certain strong emotional triggers. The conversation in itself brought the memory of the feeling and it startrd up so i told him.
He asked me if I ever tried moving tht tingling sensation around, i said no and he said i should try, that the last time he felt it he tried moving it and the feeling spread thru his limbs making his entire body hella vibrate.
It spiked up my lower half spine when i told him then after his suggestion I imagined the feeling going all the way up,it did. I looped it down my front until it hit the bottom and the feeling automatically sprung back up my back. It ended up just cycling with out me trying to move it at all and it speed up extremely fast. At which point i started feeling my self floating up. Activly mini freaking out over wat was happening I was telling him wat was going on while it happened. I still felt my back in the seat but felt my face smashing into the windshield at the same time. Still actively telling him wat was happening i started being able to not breath which made me legit panic and I quick af dropped back down.
Im not sure if tht was kundalini because the chill feeling that induced that can appear any where on my back not just from the base. Im Also positive at said point I had a few blocked major chakras. Pretty sure my throat is still blocked ATM.
No real reason im bringing this up other than in the moment curiosity of what kind of energy that was, y it had me leaving the physical, and y I was able to keep communicating physically with my friend the entire process(yes he was reponding). I thought the physically body had to be shut down before the astral body could even attempt to leave.
