Question. Ever since I've been doing the meditations, I've been waking up every single night around 3:30-3:45 am and it's driving me nuts. This has been going on for the past week and a half since I started the meditations. Before I did any meditations, I could sleep all through the night without waking up until my alarm went off in the morning and got a good night's rest. Now, that isn't happening anymore and it's frustrating because I need my rest. Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me?? Hail Satan! NGU666

Not waking up at midnight but I sure am sleeping less. I used to sleep 8, 9 or even 10 hours but now im only getting 5/6 hours of sleep and wake up totally refreshed. Which is ok I guess.

Do you have trouble getting asleep again? Try getting into trance, clear your mind of thoughts and you should fall asleep again

I'm in the middle of 40 days program and for the last week I woke up around 3.30 @.@ I always had troubles with waking up and getting out of bed (that's why my first alarm goes off at 5 but I normally oversleep it). I don't know if this is good or what because everytime I'm up early I'm super hyped & have lots of energy, but if I'm up TOO early I feel restless. I hope I'll get used to it

I'm able to get back to sleep but sometimes I'll wake up a few hours later. It's annoying lol. However, the good thing about doing the meditations is that I'm feeling more energetic! Hail Satan! NGU666
