Visualizing

Ok so I asked this a little while back but didn't get a response (or at least I couldn't find 1 seeing as how the post was so long) but when u all say 'visualize' in meditations and so forth, especially in the beginning, u basically mean imagine really hard? Am I right or wrong cos I'm just wondering how much I'm grasping here..

..Hail Satan!! basically, yes-- you "see" it in your mind. littletigerclaw, maybe check out the spritual warfare training program in the files of Hell's Army. it basically tells you step by step to learn, and maybe helps you with the visualization part.

Ok, but I mean ur chakras and their colors 4 example. Do I think really hard that they are there and will I eventually b able to see them with my eyes open?

Thanks, unfortunately the link to hell's army says it's frozen. Is there some other site I can view it on or another working link u know of?

They are there. When you open and feel them you'll know exactly what to do.
feel them at first. But yes know that they're there. Visualize them on you like visualizing yourself with a different eye color and looking into a mirror. Eventually you will be able to see them eyes closed when your 3rd eye opens, by either moving your physical eyes or putting your hand over the chakra or directing your thoughts there. Just to let you know

Dont imagine TOO hard. Tension is not the name of the game however as you strengthen your mind it will become easier to visualize. Some days are easier than others and thats okay. Its happened to all of us just keep going!
