Vinyasa vs Hatha

What are your guys opinions on Vinyasa vs Hatha yoga? I’ve seen profound effects from Hatha yoga, but due to a busy schedule I find it difficult to both exercise and have a full hatha routine. Whereas with vinyasa I get a nice workout and a good stretch.

Vinyasa is just a westernised form of yoga, you should avoid it as there is nothing spiritual about it.
Hatha yoga, with poses that are hold for more time is the best!
