VERY SERIOUS QUESTION IM SO NOOB

I DONT KNOW HOW TO VIBRATE??? SO WIERD DO I SHUT MY MOUTH OR OPEN IT? AND DOES MY TONGUE HAVE TO BE BETWEEN MA TEETH AND SAY THE WORDS.WHen i do it Its really Wierd like im bout to bite my tongue and say a word at the same time.lotsa spits.or do i close my teeth and inside my mouth i would say the word and lips really relaxed and half open or totally shut.PLEASE HELP MEE

Hey just to make sure what's the difference between the Runic kabalah and satanic kabalah? When I went to purchase the book and CD I got kind of confused? I bought both anyway.
