Can i use Venus mantras / venus relates runes like uraz gebo for attract love

And i want to be closer to Goddess Astarte, so would it be okay for me to try to connect her energies

And also is it okay to focus on heart chakra for attracting love (not for a specific person just to attract the perfect relationship for me)

my main goal is to make my venus stronger bc it is weakened by another planet and heal my love karmas (there is a lot of problems in my non existent love life but i will write about it in another thread)

so im trying to heal my venus/heart chakra/love karmas

Doing Venus related workings especially Venus Squares and using its planetary mantras to improve and strengthen Venusian related matters during this period is not advised when the Planet is retrograde.

When Venus is retrograde, Venusian workings should not be performed, including using the Runes specifically for Venusian purposes. The Runes themselves are fine to use during this time, provided the working is not directed toward Venusian aims.

You can use your Heart Chakra to attract love, but a working specifically directed toward attracting love is more effective. These should also be avoided during Venus retrograde, as it would be more effective once Venus is direct.

As for connecting with and getting closer to the wonderful Goddess Astarte, you can do this at any time and this is highly recommended and encouraged :)

thank you so much but till October venus is in its shadow period, not the retrograde itself as you probably already know but what i also doubt is this shadow period is dangerous too? like does it has the same effects.

About Lady Astarte would be also harder for me to reach her bc of venus retrograde, or otherwise bc i read that planets are lower frequency manifestations of goddesses in the material world

No, the Gods are beyond the planets and planetary influences. You can reach out to the Gods anytime regardless of the planetary transits.

The shadow period does not have the same effects as the actual retrograde. However keep in mind Venus is entering Scorpio its sign of detriment tomorrow which is not good for any Venus workings.

Make sure it isn't retrograde, but also that it isn't in Scorpio or any other signs where it is weak.

In toz it does not says anything about shadows periods. If i look at the calendar Venus square could still be began until 4 of september even if it the shadow period.

Or at least avoid having it in Scorpio, Aries, or Virgo when you want to perform the square. Honestly, I wouldn't know about other operations, but they certainly always work better the more dignified the planet is.
