I started to do it in other situations as well, or just for fun. This only made me very unstable and unbalanced. Then I also learnt vamping around just like that is not really what Zevism is about. So I stopped. But what I discovered was that after such a great intake of energy from someone else, I was having alien thoughts and feelings and such. I did it some more and then I confronted them and I realised it was actually their thoughts and feelings. Later on I was doing experiments with my best friend who happens to be a Zevism. I was breathing in energy from her and after a couple of minutes I started to tell her things about herself, that only she knew. And that was the great confirmation of this technique.
PROS: you can quickly find out things about someone, On a very deep and intimate level, given you are sensitive enough to the energy. You actually feel what that person feels. You have his/her thoughts. Etc. In my case this lasts up to an half an hour/one hour and then it's gone. Using certain runes can enhance this. For instance, in one of my experiments with my bf, I tried to see if what I was getting from her was just her 'surface mood' or her deep down mood. Without having her in front of me, she had to fake an emotion as much as possible an to hide the actual one. Then I was breathing in energy from her and after I read her energy we found that it was actually her deep down one. We did plenty such experiments.
CONTRAS: energy taken from others is not charged only with thoughts, feelings, etc., but it can also carry illness and such. Do it too much, from a specific person (who is not perfectly healthy) and you may end up with his/her illnesses. Vamping someone (for whatever reason) can very well create unbalances in you and make you unstable. You can also take things like the need to smoke (which is an unbalance), and many other. Reason for which it is important to be strong spiritually and to know yourself. And do this only when you really need it. There are other that just don't come in my mind at the moment.
This might not work for everyone. I mean, some are indeed better sighters and clairvoyants. Others are best with feeling. I know we should work on both these, but I think we should also identify the things we are naturally better at and start from there.
