Unusual attack please explain what it did to my body

Last night I was attacked during the time when I was sleeping. I saw a shadow person attacked my solar plexus chakra and other chakra areas. I certainly saw that the entity has put/taken something in my solar plexus which has a color combination of black color. Its been a while since I experienced that kind of attack and it felt like I was being punched in the stomach. All of my chakras are not yet opened. I usually call Father Satan and my guardian for help when I was being attacked and in a split second that attacked will disappear. But yesterday is different. The entity has been successful in what he did to me by putting/taking something in my chakra which is kind of alarming because I don't know what it did to my body. I just recently did a meditation for AoP.
