I've very new to all of this, I was born a Christian, but turned into an Atheist after a time of getting sick of the religious lies. I've read your JoS site, and strangely enough every part of it, as soon as my eyes crossed it, seemed like I already knew it was real. However, I do not know how to meditate, i'm researching it slowly and slowly on your website, I was wondering, I'm roughly about 70% sure i want dedicate my life to the Father, but that last 30% is still unclear. Do you think meditation would help, if i finially get it down? Maybe to clear my mind and think... thoughtfully?
