Thank you for sharing these. These are very good videos that everyone needs to watch. If people don't have time, then they need to MAKE time. Our health is at stake when it doesn't have to be. So many buzzard-brained idiots think "Health and Immunity = Boring." This is not true, unless one doesn't give a shit about themselves. Satan created us and he intended for us to be happy and healthy. Being happy and healthy isn't boring. It is fun.
