I’ve been alone for a very long time, and I’ve grown accustomed to it. After years of being let down by society and failed attempts to socialize, I’ve given up. Not because I’m weak, but because I want to preserve my mental resources. But this burden weighs on me, and I don’t know what to do with it. What weighs on me is that this whole world is tied to socialization, and without it, it’s impossible to build a life worthy of a Zevist. I’m too freedom-loving, and I refuse to submit to anyone or make compromises. Only for the sake of the Gods did I finally emerge from the darkness to connect with other kindred spirits. Maybe someone can give me advice on how to survive in the modern world as a recluse?

In one message, the translator didn't get it quite right—instead of “to connect with other kindred spirits,” I was referring to you, my brothers and sisters

Unfortunately, the website that suits me as a member of a certain ethnic group has very few users online. That’s why I decided to join here, even though my English isn’t very good.

Greetings brother, why do you think socializing will be bad for you?
Without socializing you are cutting off the possibility to:

-Have many laughs and happy times, it is true that most people are much more happy and have many more laughs when they are with their friend.
-Have help, friends can help a lot of times both emotionally and in any way, they have a different set of knowledge than you and they might be able to help you with a lot of things, but also just be there for you emotionally. They can stop you from bad decisions and so on. On the other hand you should be your own boss and not do bad things just because of your friends.
-Similar to the above, it can give you a huge advantage if you have a big network of acquaintances.
-If we take in account these forums, as this is also socializing, if you are not here you are missing out on a ton of knowledge, wisdom, information, and help. Very very essential for a Zevist.
-so on.

Many part of life is about compromises, but in my opinion friends are less about compromises, then having no friends. You'll have to make compromises as well if you are not socializing. Or you don't even want to work? Because working itself is a compromise and let alone what compromises you'll have to make on the workplace itself.

But you shouldn't be worried about compromises, the whole point of compromises is that it's good for both or all parties.

You are not free at all, by not socializing, in fact you are tying your hands, faltering your potential, and missing out on an essential part of life.

It’s all pretty obvious. It’s just that I rarely find common ground with anyone, and even more often I encounter deception or betrayal. I don’t know why that is; in my life, I’ve never done anything bad to anyone without a serious reason.

It's just that I'm a bit of a paranoid person, but not without reason

It’s quite obvious that when you’re surrounded by people who follow Yehuborim religions, any difference stands out immediately. Parents, strangers, and even potential friends can cause harm without even meaning to. Other people’s ignorance is contagious, and it’s only thanks to the gods that I was able to pull myself out of that state of depression.

That’s why I started looking for ways to help Zevist survive in today’s world, as a social being

The internet is a wonderful thing, but living in a country where they’re doing everything they can to stifle it, it’s easy to lose contact with others here

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Shaitan
