Trine Affirmation, how it works?

I have read through the trine affirmation page plenty of times, yet I am still eluded has to how I should perform the working specifically.
Am I suppose to have a total of nine affirmations separated into three spheres and these spheres each will have the affirmations stated all at once repeatably for trine 1 and then the next 3 affirmations recited at once for trine 2. ex below:

Trine 1

Etc etc etc.
blah blah.
gioi deyd.

{My three sentences is said all at once, then}

Trine 2

blah nde.
ehee etc.
ehcfwue.

{I say the next three affirmations at once non-stop, then the same with 3?}

Is the correct method for the Trine Affirmation or am I incorrect somewhere?
