Translators Still Active - Please Reply Here

AvatarThe Alchemist7 [SG]2 min to read

Greetings everyone.

There are works being done to create a badging system on the forums where the members will have a badge corresponding to their role in the community, which includes the Translators.

For all translators that are still around and active, please reply to this thread to show you are still involved into translating. Alternatively you can email me if you do not want to express this publicly.

Also the Head Translators will also have a separate badge. Head Translators are basically those that had (and still have) a more dominant and direct role into translating the site on their own, also including managing other translators. This is the list of Head Translators as far as I am aware:
Yeye95 - Spanish
Egon - Portuguese
Ara666 - French
Shadowcat - Dutch
OwltheD - Japanese
StanBlank - Chinese
SatanSoldier - Hindi (not sure if still active on the forum)
Henu the Great and/or Kajo - Finnish
JG Power of Justice - Bulgarian

There are many languages where I did not have a lot of involvement such as German, Italian, Polish etc. so if there are other Head Translators that haven't been mentioned above or if there is a mistake with the above list, please let us know by replying here or emailing me. Obviously the list above is not meant to be complete or to "ignore" anyone but it is just based on interactions we had previously.

Also for all Translators still involved as mentioned please reply or email if you are still active.

For any Inquiries on Translations matters please message me on the Forums or Vultus Templorum or email me at [email protected]

Hello there,

I was active in ex-Yu (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, ...) group long time ago, but I kind of got lost due to some personal issues that had to be solved.
I think it was Serbon who was leading it.
However, I would like to start over, so count on me.

HAIL ZEUS!

You literally took my comment 🙂.
I was about to write the same about ex-YU translators so yeah.
I'm same as you.
So Alchemist, if you need some translators in that area I'd also like to help.
Not sure how to ping Serbon but he was the one leading EX-YU translation group and I would like to know if there is more work to be done.

Hi I'm available for Italian and Polish!

Greetings brother; if you want to start translating for the Italian community you can book a trial Sermon in:

We will evaluate whether your work is good and whether it can be continued or needs to be deepened on your part to meet translation standards.

For all translators that are still around and active, please reply to this thread to show you are still involved into translating.

I am still an active translator; thank you JG The Alchemist for your work.

- Callimaco, Inni

I'm one of the translators for the Italian forum

I confirm, ARA has not give any signe of life lately. I would like to translate the few rituals that are still to be translate and put on the website, but since I dont know who to send it and with not so much time for, I have left transaltion to other.

Right ! There is also the rituals to translate.
The translation manager is @The Alchemist7 [SG]

If you are too busy to finalize the work but have already your own french versions of the spell, you can send your raw versions to me with their filename and I'll lay them out.
A simple list of missing translations is already a time/energy saver.

This is the targeted message.

I've been translating on ToZ Romania for quite a few years, mostly sermons. I am still active in this regard but most of my efforts are directed towards the content creation and social media activities as of this moment, so I am a bit slowed down.

I am also a translator on the forum so in case you need help, let me know.

I emailed you, Brother JG.

Give me the rest of the week, I will have lords Set, Thoth, Anubis, Mother Lilith and demoness Furfur translate. Maybe you will have to change some wording.

I think there are already some for Italy.
If there is a need, I am available!

This looks cool!

Thank you! I've spent a lot of time on them. Unfortunately I accidentally uploaded all the draft versions I hadn't checked through and used yet, and that's one of them o_O

Hey, I would really love to do Gothic translations, I've already done a few of the rituals so far and have been working on Father's doctrines for my own personal use. This language is really powerful and I quite enjoy using it. If the answer is no, I understand completely, but this language is a strong part of me and I'd really like to be given a chance here to create a space for others to learn and use Gothic if they so wish. I understand any refusal if you don't share my sentiment or understand the point. I would even do Sanskrit, if I knew it, but alas I unfortunately don't.

Yes, active again

Greetings, sorry for the late message. In my personal opinion if Gothic is a powerful language by its nature I do see a point in translating into Gothic the rituals, meditations and the "practical" workings and rituals in ToZ if doing them in Gothic will add extra power to them.

But as far as the general content in concerned it most likely won't get any attention since there aren't a lot of speakers anymore, but yes I do agree it is a good idea to have meditations and rituals translated in such a powerful language because it has a concrete benefit to it. If you are available I think you can indeed translate the Rituals and meditations and other rituals into Gothic and we will find a way to integrate them into ToZ. Thanks for your efforts and email me if there are any issues

No problem, I understand you're a busy person, and I appreciate the opportunity! This was actually exactly what I was hoping for, I knew the whole site wouldn't do much to be completely translated into an Old Germanic form, as cool as that would be, it wouldn't be much use indeed. I will ensure that every translation is as sound and effective as possible, and test each one myself before submission. Only the best for our people and our Gods! ;)
