I belive i maybe did get into a trance this morning, i did the breathing exercises technique # 4, did it like 10 times, then i suddenly feelt like falling, and like i was spinning all around, out of control. my hands feelt realy havy and i startet to get dizzy, but my mind was totaly clear and some thoughts came up, but vanished just as fast as i concentrated, then after 20 minutes of the feeling of spinning and falling i pulled myself out of it.. was this a trance? and if not, what the hell was it then?
