How to 100x Your Meditation in 3 Steps

There are 3 Important principles which Priest Alexandros and SG Power of Justice shared with us, and they changed the whole power output I had during anything spiritual.

1. Light Trance - Always engage in a light trance or deeper, if one does not, then they are just pretending to meditate and cannot tune properly into spiritual power. ( As noted by Priest Alexandros, paraphrased. )

2. Emotion - Direct your willpower in raising, directing and programming energy, with powerful passion! I usually choose the feeling of Joy, works the best for me and instantly noticeably. elevates my session. ( Inspired by the Life-Force Breathing Technique by SG Power of Justice. )

3. Proper Vibration - Insanely powerful for both affirmations and vibrations/chants, I will directly quote Priest Alexandros - "Lower the voice from the lungs to the lower abdomen, use the diaphragm voice to vocalize letters, this is the real kabalistic power, do not vibrate or state these via the nose or throat but by the abdomen power."

Yes, raise energy and go in a light trance, also after the ritual take some good time to meditate on the energy and on what you feel.

I also like to inhale energy related to each meditation or magick before doing it. For example, if I do a money working, I inhale gold-green energy beforehand until I feel ready, and this works for me very well.

I don't know why I didnt see this earlier. I start doing the vibration part saturday, without reading this, and it was simply another whole level of energy. I will use the love for my kids, to give them a better world, as the emotionnal state during the rituals.

ive been meditating and doin falun dafa daily for 3 months but i still cant manage to go into a trance or visualize.

I wanted to add that this happens much more naturally by using big and deep full breaths. Take in more air than you'd think and the sound comes from the right place and is tangibly more potent.
