This will be my last question for the night. Thank you to the moderators for being patient with me. It means a lot.
Is focus and concentration already considered the Alpha stage? I noticed that (like when I gave my dog some golden energy as I narrated earlier) I didn't need to go into a trance to feel the energy going through me. All I did was focus on the task at hand.
I also find this to be the case during my regular meditations. I always meditate before I sleep since I never have enough time (International Baccalaureate program is a killer). I find that the meditations are still as effective and successful as expected.
It is from the above that I infer that, perhaps, since thought range is minimized and focused on whatever is being focused on - that would mean that focusing and concentration by themselves are the inducing of the Alpha state.
Just wondering.
