High Priestess Lydia Coventina said that it’s good to use one’s intuition when choosing a KY practice. I found it helped me best when I kept the repetitions low, but did them daily without missing. You can start by thinking of your available time daily and choose a set of poses.

I do one or two yoga moves per chakra, it’s easy for the third eye, ajna and crown since there’s only one for each as listed by HPS.
