Recently I've started to get a tingling sensation from my navel area, and sometimes reaching down to my sacral chakra.
I find this very annoying and it makes it difficult to focus on the energy buzz.
My question being: Does anyone have any idea what causes this sensation? and if I should take this as a good or bad sign.
