Welcome to the group! But don't be so concerned with finding others, many of us are completely on our own. We don't *need* to be in covens, we have the info provided on JoS to advance ourselves, and we have Father Satan and the Demons for guidance. It's nice to have a coven, but they're not necessary. Focus on yourself and your bond with Satan.

Too many newbies get discouraged and don't advance themselves if they can't find others. I've seen it in other posts. Covens are great, but newbies shouldn't get too caught up with trying to find one. Advancing ourselves, and working on our bond with Satan, is the most important. This person wrote that s/he *needs to find others*. This is not true. You do not *need* anyone else to "strengthen and prepare". All you need is Satan.

Satanists have a right to gather as much as the xtians do, lets not forget that, I think we should be creative and work together on finding other people to create groups, Ive been a Satanist for about 8 years and I dislike still the so much focus on doing everything myself, and find it hard to be motivated or enjoy things as much on my own, I always loved working with people, helping others, and team work on things, its hard without it to be motivated as much. Then again online chat groups like knowing someone on Yahoo Messanger or some site I like that but realize its not for everyone,

Good points too Lydia!~ I agree thanks!~ As I am in a very small town like Brian too I have yet to meet anyone who agrees with me and the belief's I now hold with the group here. So it is extremely difficult and I've been going on my own all alone though completely and entirely surrounded by xtians. I would very much like to find and meet others but realize that is something which is probably not going to happen - at least while I am still stuck here. ~ Hail Enki! ~ Hail Satan! ~

i am simply saying, and i will rephrase this, once a person has advanced enough and has developed
a relationship with satan and his demons then yes it should be one of his goals to try and form a coven. just because hes a newbie doesnt mean he shouldnt have the desire to form a coven. now i will say that if his desire to form a coven stops or hinders him from being able to advance and meditate and develop a bond with enki then yes dont worry about forming a coven. but if it doesnt stop him or interfere with his ability to develop himself then by all means let his desire move him.
u never know, his desire or need to be in a coven may be exactly what moves him forward and motivates him to advance to be the best he can be, so he can be in a coven one day. How do u know that he doesnt look forward to being in a coven. and if he does look forward to being in a coven why would u imply that he throw away what may motivate him the most to advance himslef and form a bond with satan even if he did get the idea from a movie.

united via the internet and physically able to converse and work with other satanists are 2 different things. the physical compliments the magical. and maybe not for u but for me i think i would like to be able to walk down the street to another satanists house and hang out with them, combine our powers for a mutual outcome, develop a closer bond to our fellow brothers and sisters,etc. and u by no means have to be advanced to form a coven or perform group rituals. for example there's the destruction ritual which i might add the jos website states that the destruction ritual are for beginners and those who are new and advanced/adepts use more advanced techniques which means a formal ritual is not needed. i know for a fact that more people equals more power and a hell of a more effective and intense outcome. not to mention that there are such things that may hinder our togetherness online such as as power outages, server failure, government censorship. and i mention government censorship because i highly doubt the Jews wont eventually attempt to stifle our ways of communication and to use their corrupt influence in government to take down our yahoo groups, jos, etc. id like to be prepared for when and if that happens. were fighting a war here. it makes since to me. and as far as being anonymous online. i would like to say that i think ud be more anonymous offline than online because at least offline there are not records of everything u say, type, email or believe in. not to mention that u may only have so much time online. i know that i would rather talk face to face with fellow satanists and make headway then spend several hours online to answer a posts and send emails and not get as far as i want to. so again i disagree with gladiator189@....
