Time for meditations

Hey brothers and sisters, I've been wondering, is it better for me to do my meditations around the 3oclock hour or can I do them anytime of the day or night???

Whenever you can. As much as you can spare the time for.
For specific workings, these should be timed with the planets for more strength and stronger outcomes.

<td val[/IMG]I have done them at all times of the day.But I like doing mine early in the morning before anyone else is awake and after a good night sleep.That way I am well rested and I am starting my day off right.

I wake up at 6 am do my usual training routine. Then when im done i sit in the same seat i meditate on (body adapts, also recommended) and get ready for work. I highly recommend you put your meditations early in the morning. Trust me the rest of the day just goes a lot better. Quicker thinking and positive attitude on my end.  HAIL SATAN!

That is Very Good Brian! I do the same. I actually need to go to bed soon here. I get up at 3:15am, wake up with my coffee, do Yoga and Meditation before I go to work. As a result I feel much better throughout the day and can get more done throughout the day- Giving Satan my Best!!

I find that I need to do breathing exercises and meditate in the mornings or I feel a bit out of it, and I'm more tired and just "down" throughout the day. Not that I've ever gone more than a few hours from the time I wake up without meditating. I also need to meditate at night before going to bed, and here and there throughout the day for any workings that need to be done at specific times.

Your so right lydia,I to need to get in the habit of meditating before I go to sleep.You get so much more of a restful sleep.I already like you do my Yoga and meditations in the morning,but now it time to put even more effort into my advancement.
