I keep myself sane with sleep meditation. I produce my own tracks and go to sleep listening to them over Bluetooth buds. I just made this one and thought that maybe some of you would find it relaxing and stress reducing. It's a mix of Borneo, Gambian and Madagascar jungle sounds, with a thunderstorm in the distance. It tapers off to silence so you can go to sleep and contains brainwave entrainment, a dual hemisphere, low frequency that takes the left brain to 1.5 hz and the right side to 4.5 hz. These frequencies should shut down your anxiety and take you to a Theta state and might produce some nice visuals.
