I already did the begin ritual, now I want to dedicate my soul to father Satan, I just don't know where to begin.. I want to feel him and do something for him! Do I need meditation?

Well, you really ought to dedicate before starting meditation. When
you dedicate, it proves to Father that you are serious, and that you
want to be with him. Just keep reading the Jos site, and make certain
you want to dedicate before doing so. You needn't rush. Hail Father

Ok, dedicate if you want, open chakras, empower them, and work on skills. Things you want. That's the fun is you can choose what you want to learn.
