Why would jesus use the word hades if it is greek mythology? In the story of lazarus and the rich man in luke 16:19-31? :? Hades has nothing to do with hebrew people. :?

Hades in the New Testament and the Septuagint (the Greek translation of the Old Testament) is used as the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew word Sheol in the Hebrew Old Testament and means "grave" or "realm of the dead".

Also Jebus isn't a real character so it didn't use that word. The Greek-speaking jews who wrote the gospels used it.

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Shaitan
