Awesome! But Broly if anything was more like a mindless berserker who just loves to blow things up.
He went totally insane after King Vegeta tried to kill him because he was afraid of Broly's power.
Then his asshole slave driving father Paragus put a mind control device on him to control and enslave him and when Broly finally broke free he was on a crazed warpath ready to take down the whole universe for everyone constantly tormenting and enslaving him out of their own petty greed and fear.
I always identified most strongly with Broly due to his overwhelming rage and berserker like fury coupled with a hatred for everyone who dared to enslave and suppress him from the very day he was born.When he finally transformed and freed himself the shackles came off and at that point everyone was fair game since the only thing he ever knew was pain, suffering and hatred so of course he took out his rage on his asshole father and everyone else around him because by then he had already gone totally insane.
Akira Toriyama came up with the stupidest ass reason for his hatred of Goku though and we all know Toriyama basically writes his stories entirely at his whimsy and this goes for who wins the fight too.He flat out admitted that people win fights in DBZ entirely according to his whims and not whatever statistics they throw in there to explain things like power levels.
