Hi Fellow SS, just a few things I wanted to share...
I see many posts here in the likes of "How do I know if (insert meditation) was successful?".First, the possible effects and subsequent benefits are usually included in the descriptions of the meditations.Second, and more importantly, "know" that the meditation is working. Even if you don't succeed completely the first time, the Will is very essential to meditation and magic. "Knowing" that you are successful is they key to, well, success. I'll share a personal example...When I was still pretty new to meditation, I started doing the Merkabah. I had poor visualization skills, and was not ready to do this. I still smoked pot at the time, and had a lot of deprogramming left to do. Nevertheless, and I don't recommend this (start slowly, don't do meditations you are not ready for), I did it anyways. I could only hold images for 5-10 seconds, but I kept bringing my mind back to the meditation and I "knew" it was working.Needless to say, it worked. Anytime I wanted something, and focused on it intently, it would literally fall in my lap. The Merkabah does this, amplifies what we dwell on and brings it to fruition. But, because I wasn't ready for it, I also attracted very bad things to myself. So, again, don't do meditations you're not ready for, but "know" that the ones you're doing are working.
Next, here are a few meditations, and "tricks" I've come upon...
1 - For the pineal gland, you can of course do the "King and Queen" or the "pineal gland meditation". Adding to this, or if you're not ready for these meditations, you can do this: When cleaning your Aura, also "clean" your pineal gland. I affirm "This white-gold light is cleaning, empowering, and stimulating my pineal gland in a safe and healthy way for me". Then place the white-gold light on your pineal gland and that's it. Doing this every time you clean your Aura will add up quickly. (I also do this on my Kundalini Serpent).
2 - When you align your Chakras, why not spin them at the same time? Start at the shoulder Chakras, then the Root , Sacral, Solar, then 6th, then Throat, then Heart, then Crown, then Temple Chakras, Hip Chakras, and back to your Shoulder Chakras (if you've opened these, do the front and back extensions of you Chakras as well).If you've progressed to spinning your Chakras at the speed of light, add your Kundalini Serpent, Physical Aura, Astral Aura, and Mental Aura. This in addition to the Merkabah is very powerful.
3 - When doing Hatha Yoga or Kundalini Yoga, and counting seconds or reps respectively, visualize the numbers in the color of that day's Chakra. Not only are you doing Yoga, but you're improving your visualization skills at the same time.
4 - This is a meditation from an old post, about 4 years ago, but I thought I'd bring it back. This is fairly advanced, not for new people. When done regularly, this will activate ( if you have not done so already) and stimulate your Kundalini powerfully.
Do the Yogic Breath, and on the exhale, apply the Root Lock and do the Cobra Breath ( vibrate S-S-S-S same as in SATANAS). Then focus on your Kundalini Serpent and "will" the energy up your spine to your Crown.Start with a few breaths at first, and increase over time. (note: You can also vibrate "Gaum" into your pineal gland and then, while focusing on it, "will" the ambrosia to drip down your spine.") These together will begin to mix the two elixirs in your spine, and prepare your Serpent for Ascension.As I stated, the "will" is very powerful and works wonders.
