A need to depart from the abrahamic conception that mythology is literaly is necessary.

The enemy may preach that their mythology is literal, and has tried to push that on the Old Ways as well. The truth is nothing is literal in pre-abrahamic mythology. Nothing. Certain Gods and Goddesses being siblings doesn't literally mean they're siblings, and this has been explained multiple times in the past. Same for parenthood. It is not literal. Same for whatever God fucking a bull or another animal, or turning into an animal or a river or tree. It is not literal.

That's not how mythology works.
