The band Devildriver... spiritually satanic?

One of the first metal bands I listened to, Devildriver, I saw an interview of and they talked about the bible and encounter with aliens. Dez spoke of rooting back religions to the first, of Mesopotamian, Egyptian, and Sumerian. Immediately, I thought he was a Spiritual Satanist, but then I listened to this song... The Fury Of Our Maker's Hand. I used to think Dez and this band were Christian, but listen to these lyrics.

I'm just a human being
a mistake made of feelings
with a soul, wrapped in chains
so fragile, full of pain
no one knows why we are here
giving laughter and so many tears
I will just do my best
to keep my head up above the rest

no one really knows
Which way the wind blows

One day the tides will turn
One day the feilds will burn
one day the seas will churn
the fury of our makers hand

Man is a mistake cast out
shunned and cast down
giving life through breath of gods
with itself always at odds
the pious the preacher
the liar, the creature
from rock to fire
the dust of man
O my maker
I need a savior

One day the tides will turn
One day the feilds will burn
One day the seas will churn
the fury of our makers hand
the fury, the fury
what will you do?

Will say, some of the lyrics are just a little off. Like, "giving life through breath of gods", I think the original lyric was "given", but you get the point. I now understand the song, the band, and only ask... Can someone please look up the band's logo sigil and tell me if it has any connection to occultism or Satanism?

Nice one, the logo seems like the diagram of the 3 sets of chakras and their extensions :)Well it seems that there is some Satanism there, I take back what I said about no Satanic bands.

But don't forget:
"don't you know our lives are on trial now
& if we lose we'll go straight to hell"

or
"the time is short, cuz the time is short"

or
"I dreamed I died & went to heaven & Peter
said how was the ride son? I said alright
he said you lived a little dark & that's all right."

I doubt they're Satanic.

Isn't the song that says "don't you know our lives are on trail now and if we lose we'll go straight to hell" a song about biased pompous Christian assholes, and not caring about them and their opinions? And, doesn't the song... I Dreamed I Died repeatedly say... "GODDAMN, BAD DREAM, WAKE UP" over and over again?

You won't find any True Satanic bands out there, you may find one or even 2, but no more than that....that's why I need to work on my vocals.

They are not a Satanic band, they are one of my favourites however. Cradle of Filth are not exactly Satanic (Their singer Danni claims to be an Atheist) but if you listen to there words... they are extremely spiritual satanic, so are Dimmu Borgir, to a degree, particularly in the song "The Sacrilegious Scorn" and throughout many of there other songs. Remember, a lot of these bands do not openly admit to be Satanic, this is because they would be shunned and jumped on and attacked immediately by the enemy, Enki himself says he has no problem if we deny being Satanic if we could be harmed or ridiculed for it. There are more Satanists out there than we think, many simply choose to not have it known.

When asked about being a Satanist, Danni Filth claimed to be "more like a Luciferian". So...

The sigil Devildriver uses is called the Cross of Confusion, its an ancient Roman symbol which questioned the validity of Christianity. If you look at it right you can see an inverted question mark.

I love this band btw. I've been a fan since the debut album and have meet the guys a few times. Hell I even got that sigil tattooed lol. If ya watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2FqLBDToRso Dez says in an interview he believes Humans were created by aliens. Sounds familiar to me.
