I have noticed a serious extensive use of that nine-foot circle everywhere. Why? What subliminal message does it have? I know it's a way the jews 'marks' their posessions. Used for bindings and are blasphemous to the gods. But what underlying message does it carry and truly mean?? Anyone who knows?

Nine foot circles are part of the blasphemous summoning rites in the Ars Goetia. The Ars Goetia was the primary source of information regarding Demons and summoning Demons for centuries. Until 2003, the Demons were bound and could be coerced by abusive mages using the summoning rites in the Ars Goetia. The nine foot circles were inscribed with magickal names and a variety of other tools, such as jewish sigils, were employed so the mage could coerce the summoned Demon without being harmed. The Demons are free now and using the rites in the Ars Goetia is asking for disaster.

Circles trap/stifle energy. The enemy deliberately make these to blaspheme the Gods (as you've stated) since it depicts before-mentioned energy from, well, doing what energy does; empowering.
