Temporary Schizophrenia...?

Yesterday I didn't feel too well, and by the end of the day, approximately 2-3 AM (my sleep schedule is odd so I go to sleep around 5 AM), I started to feel a heavy depression and negativity... due to guilt and all that.

My head started feeling like it was under an immense pressure, and eventually I guess it got to the point where I... broke? That's really the only way I could describe it, since I started acting odd, and didn't even feel like I was in control... but I was still conscious throughout the whole thing.

Over the next two hours, it basically devolved into acting very strange; claiming to hear a dog, claiming a blanket to be a scarf, medicine was candy, claiming to have a sword/katana...

Then my roommate woke up, and I/it claimed that this was 'my domain' that he was an unknown intruder, and told him to leave. it even tried to take a few swings with the "katana" it claimed to have. For some reason also, my body was shaking when my roommate was awake.

Meanwhile my other half starts fighting back, and eventually tells my roommate that there's something seriously wrong with me.

Eventually some sort of collision happened, so I wouldn't move. My roommate laid me on the floor, and apparently called to Satan for help. At hearing my roommate call for help, the last word to escape my crazed mouth was, simply, "Fuck."

After Satan helped me (I assume he did anyhow, though I can't see or hear anything on the astral) everything went fairly normal... though of course I was tired and confused.

I still am a bit confused.

Anyhow... what the hell happened? Does anybody have any idea?

People can act funny when they're sleep deprived can't they?

Honestly, it is so blatently obvious what the problem is. Anyone who's ever pulled an all nighter will know what I'm talking about, when you get to that stage of tired when you're buzzing in a 'crazy' sort of way. Its not healthy.

Get to sleep at a reasonable time, there isn't really any reason for you to be up at 5am, and you are probably causing a hassle for your room mate as well waking him up at this time.

And anyway, why are you up this late fucking around like an idoit, you could at least be spending it productivly meditating.

Stop trying to find a scapegoat for your foolishness in 'Oh no! Enemy attack!'.

Go to bed at reasonable hours, get the right amount of sleep, and you'll be the better for it.

Your confusing schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder. They are two different things. Though, in a newbs opinion, I say that's an enemy attack.

It sounds like possession, but I am *NOT* an expert. I would definitely recommend shielding yourself against enemy attacks:

are to free you from any attachments the enemy may have made.

for protection.

I hope these are helpful, and may this never again happen to you!

I wouldn't bet on sleep deprivation (I am sleeping for about 4-4.5 hours a day for the last 2-3 months. In fact, for the last two weeks, I have been sleeping for less than 4 hours, and I am perfectly healthy).

If what you are saying is really half as bad as it sounds, I would suggest you to do a banishing and protection ritual.

And you have medical proof that this terrible sleeping pattern is healthy and keeping you healthy?

Unless you're doing extreme amounts of meditation and taking in large amounts of energy, then the body and mind needs at least 6-8 hours of sleep each night. 4 or less is very unhealthy, no matter how you think you feel.
