A few days after completing the 40-day program and the 6-month meditation program, having reached a fairly advanced stage, I decided to make an effort to develop the ability known as "Telekinesis". On the first day I was unable to achieve any results. I tried with an extremely light material, a small sheet of aluminum foil. I also read that it is useful to be able to see auras, an ability that I learned by doing specific meditations, but this still did not make the operation easy. On the second day, still nothing. I practice about 10 minutes a day, concentrating on the object in question. This is actually very useful, because it is as if I were also meditating in the void since I have to focus all my attention on the object. On the third day, I noticed something strange, these were micro-movements of the aluminum foil. However, even a small gust of wind moved it, so I made sure that my own breathing did not interfere, and in fact I was in a position in which it seemed like an extremely unnatural movement, or even an optical illusion since the movement was Barely perceptible. Today, I'm on the fourth day. I moved the sheet of paper to a platform even more stable than my wooden table, but I don't have my arms resting on it, so the only way to accidentally move the sheet of paper would be to blow on it, physically move it by touching it, or with actual telekinesis. Indeed, on the fourth day, the barely perceptible movement intensified. It didn't seem like an illusion at all, and there was no way to move the sheet of paper since my arms weren't resting on the second platform, everything in the room was closed, and my breath wasn't hitting the sheet.

Now, in conclusion, I have a question: How long would it take to develop this ability properly? How many minutes or hours of intense work a day would it take? Currently, I only do 10 minutes, and sometimes I skip a few days. Yes, they're not consecutive. Do I need to maintain consistency for a certain number of minutes?

I honestly don't know what telekinesis could be useful for, but I was thinking it might give me definitive, physical confirmation of the existence of such phenomena. I think I've already had some of this, during my first meditations, when I saw those beings with the typical insect-like eyes watching me. It would be nice to have this definitive proof, too.

Have you already tried any good techniques for developing telekinesis? It would be very helpful to discuss them and perhaps share your experiences. 😊

Hi, I hope you’re doing well. I encourage you to keep going on this path: telekinesis is one of the most complex abilities, and it’s normal at the beginning to feel like you’re not making any progress. That’s completely normal. To improve your control and speed up the process, focus intensely on the chakras in your hands, and feel the chi between your palms. You also need a lot of energy: strengthen your breathing and your aura. I also suggest that you become more familiar with the air element. I’m speaking from experience, because yes, I’ve tried telekinesis myself and I managed to get consistent movements inside a jar.

Now, I also advise you to transform your state of mind: you must not doubt for even a second. Moving an object, whatever it is, should become as natural as moving a finger. From my personal experience, it’s by becoming ONE with the object that I’ve had the best results.

And finally, know that 40 days and 6 months are not enough: that’s only the beginning. This program is meant to turn you into a complete initiate, but you can imagine that 7 months cannot achieve everything. I recommend going back over the 6‑month program, identifying your weaknesses, and focusing on improving the points you struggle to master the most.
I mean, try to push your mastery of every aspect of the program as far as possible, to the point where you can genuinely say to yourself: “I am more than advanced.”
Always push further, and you will see a big difference.
Keep developing your bioelectricity and keep consulting your guardian demon.

Thanks for the advice regarding the air element, I also tried with a balloon, it seems much easier, I obviously have to pay attention to false positives, a small movement of air would cancel the tests, but I'm almost sure that sometimes it moved on its own without any movement of air, including my breathing.

Furthermore, in a few days I have also been trying all the awareness meditations, knowing my limits I pushed myself a little further without going too far, otherwise I risked seriously hurting myself, you have to little by little go beyond the limits so that the body adapts, when I meditate for so long and so intensely, the next day I can manage an even greater quantity of bioelectricity, yesterday I had meditated so much that I literally looked like an atomic power plant, and today I have reached the point of meditation: "The Djed Pillar of Osiris", I think it is the most advanced among the awareness meditations, as for the power meditations I have done them all except those of the Necronomicon and the Magnum Opus, I think that for me it is still too early, when I do such powerful meditations the buzzing literally seems like an electrostatic discharge near my ears, it is very strange, and sometimes I get a slight migraine, which then goes away immediately afterwards, I think it is normal.

I also practice telekinesis.

I can move an aluminum wheel resting on a needle. The speed and sensation of the subtle movement of telekinesis have significantly increased, but I still can't fully control the movement of the aluminum foil. Sometimes it spins clockwise and counterclockwise intermittently, or just in one direction quickly.

I practice seeing auras and am improving a lot these days.

These important psychic powers can take months or even years of daily training.

For auric vision, starting with a few minutes is fine, but it's better to go beyond 15 minutes because this accelerates progress.

Telekinesis is one of the most complex and difficult skills to develop. Start with ten minutes of training, then gradually increase to half an hour, working your way up to an hour as you become more advanced in this power.

A headache may mean that the training is taking effect and that the telekinesis area of the brain is awakening. After a while, it becomes more natural and calmness and willpower develop, along with concentration.

Hello,

It seems you're trying, in physical terms, to do a 250 kilogram deadlift, while you're just done with the bar and haven't perfected the form of the exercise yet. Focus on the fundamentals the most, that is, cleaning your aura, chakras, improving bio-electricity, doing yoga and making sure flexible, because, well, the energy flows and you need to make sure your channels are truly smooth, so the energy can get to your palms and fingers without any issues.

Even when you become a master of these main pillars, telekinesis is a skill. It's going to take time, and it's better to hang an object, such as a ring, or a pendulum, or a pencil, for starters. You must feel the energy between your palms, and use one palm for pulling and another for pushing. After you've mastered the skill with your palms, you go to fingers, and after that, your Third Eye. Wish you the best of luck in this beautiful adventure.

Hi, Brother չ∂αяквℓσω!

The amount of time depends on the development of your soul and strength, the frequency and effectiveness of your training, practice and meditation in general.

You must be persistent in your training and be prepared for the fact that it may take you years to achieve the desired result.
