talking to Satan

Is it distasteful to attempt to contact Satan when one has recently became a spiritual satanist. If not how do I do it?

Good question!  The term "distasteful"  means unpleasant, offensive or causing dislike.  Its not unpleasant and it doesn't cause dislike, and offensive is too strong of a word.  It's just not done.  It's a chain of command thing.  You need to follow the chain of command.  Check out the link on Demons and the Pantheon of Hell.  It's kind of like at work.  You don't go and talk to the President of the company because you need a new pen.  But, if you've got something to say that is "important", and you don't feel that your getting your message across to anybody else, then yes - you'd attempt to contact the President.  But, how are you going to know what's "really important" if your just starting and you don't know much yet?  You don't know.  So, follow the chain of command and ask a High Priest.  They are very knowledgeable and are working in the office so to speak.  They all have a direct phone line to Satan.  It also depends on, why you want to contact him.  Their are many rituals and things you can do to honor Satan and you can pray to Satan and let him know that he's your God and you appreciate him.  There are all kinds of things you can do in that regard.  Another thing is Satan works with an inner circle much like the President at your current job, accept on a vastly larger scale.  You need to respect that he's extremely busy doing some very critical and important projects regarding humanity i.e. he along with many of us who have been dedicated for a time are involved in a war.  That's what's up with the inner circle.  Ask a High Priest on here your question.  Their really busy too, but they would be a good first route.  Hope that helps.

Actually, I see what your perspective is. However, I find that you CAN talk to Father. I do it a lot.
He may not always have time to respond, but he HEARS you! I know there are others who talk
to him too. Sometimes He talks to me on his own volition. He will make a statement, etc, out of
the blue.

Yes! Feel free to talk to Father! he loves us!

I am just at the begining of my 40 day meditation. but i want to say this, i belive tho Satan is very busy if you have something that is very important to you he will listen to your cry. he is also very understanding and caring, he would not want you who is under his protection to suffer.

i reached out to a demon Clauneck through Satan just like its said in the Joy of Satan website. i did it twice in one day, coz i was not sure the first time but the second time confirmed the first. the first time i experinced a feeling that i cannot put in words, it was a good conforting feeling that i would have loved to last for ever. the second time it was a totaly different feeling tho not as intense as the first but it was there and what strengthened my resolve was i could feel pressure on my check born as tho he was pressing a hand or something against my face.

those were great feelings, and it gives me a sense that Satan is always there for us who have dedicated your selves to him.
