it is always different for the individual. For me i just feel tremendous energy and light. almost feel like a spinning or moving very fast.

Do you get cold sweat on your hands and feet? are you nervous or excited when you open them? do you notice you body temperature rise when you work on your chakras?

Thanks! I had the thought I kept doing the chakra openings wrong even with the mp3 audio but as long as I sweat during it, its a sign of proof.

Yeah, anything like that is a good sign. I get shivers, or get a super hot heat in my lower back or around that chakra. HAIL SATAN!!!
