Sun - Mercury and Mars in 12th House

In my natal chart Sun Mercury and Mars are in 12th house, the sun in opposition to Saturn. Is this a negative chart?
I'm Gemini, ascendant gemini.

That's great, those planets conjuncting your ascendant are fortunate. Lot's of mental and physical energy. Sun opposing Saturn means it's likely there's some issues with the father. I've also read it gives an "I shouldn't" attitude, like self censorship, the Sun is the conscious mind and Saturn is rules and restriction to put it into perspective.
