Stuffy Nose

[The Old Religion]

I was wondering if anyone had a good remedy for stuffy noses. I suffer from server allergies and during most of the month I can hardly breathe.

I feel like this really interferes with my meditations as I am unable to properly breathe. Even with taking the medications I still have trouble with either a runny nose or a stuffy nose.

I just figured some other brothers and sisters might have a similiar problem and can give helpful tips of dealing with this Issue

Would it work if I just took breathes trough my mouth?

What you can try is meditating on your nose. Go into a trance, then breathe in energy and concentrate on your nose. Visualize your nose clearing up. Your nose might warm up. It did for me. I tried this when I had a cold and it worked. I could feel it vanishing from my nose.

To add to that, you can make sure your hand chakras (along with the others of course) are energized and send healing energy into your nose/sinuses with your hands. I've done that and it helps. I have severe allergies and I definitely get some relief and with time and regularity expect to eventually get them down to a "dull roar" at least. (To top it off, I'm allergic to cats and horses and am around both, so I have a long row to hoe.)
