Jupiter conjuction pluto
Does this aspect show the same meaning and influnce?

2)I have 27 degree pluto scorpio and 5 degree jupiter saggitarius in the 1st house
Does this mean my jupiter more powerful than pluto because it's planet within 5 degree+angular houses+ascendant?

3) 1 degree sun leo in the 9th house and 3 degree in midheaven
Does this mean I have sun leo in the 10th house too?

2) PL con JU dissasociate conjunction, ie. that planets are not in the same sign, and yours is a weak conjunction, yet the planets are in their home signs. Jupiter is strong x2, because 1) home sign, 2) 1st House.

1) Depends - it is the faster planet that aspects the slower one - JU is faster than PL. HOWEVER, transiting (moving) PL has already aspected your natal (birth) Jupiter. It also matters which planet aspects which, as far as Houses are concerned. If PL aspects JU, than expect the matters of the House with Sagittarius and Pisces to be influenced (Jupiter is the co-ruler of Pisces by the right of retrogradation).

3) formally, you have it in the 9th, but it can be interpreted as if it were in the 10th.
