What I really advise when you see such return, is to see every Lunar return to this year. The Solar year - is the one from your birthday to your next birthday. For example you have birthday at 4 May. So if astro.com shows you your Solar for 3, 4 or 5 May 2025 this means that this chart will be active from 3-4-5 May to the date of the next Solar (probably also 3-4-5 May 2026). So you have to analyse every Lunar from 4 May 2025 to 4 May 2026. Usually if you have problematic Solar you would want to know when exactly to expect some shit, and Lunar will show the exact timing.
Usually all shit come through degrees. For example if Saturn transits your AC or CR and you see no Solar and no Lunar with any bad degrees this might mostly pass unnoticed or just let you think more of your life, your choices, give some critics etc. While Solar and Lunar with bad degrees on angles or important personal planets such as CR usually means serious thing.
The major chart is more important. For example if your Solar is ok, Lunars might bring less problems than if Solar were worse with the same Lunars. As well as if all natal chart (which is global Lifetime Return actually) is all ok, Solars might not play as bad as they would with worse natal one.
Also the major ting is how you deal with the universe and your life. If you are sinless and pure than these will not bring suffering to you or you will experience it only through compassion. I saw such charts with 9 Virgo-Pisces degree in natal chart and mostly compassion related suffering. While I saw less violent Solars in worse natal chart with lower energies and it was long torture to death.
