Spiritual Vampirsm (UPDATE)

Today I tried draining my family's energy out of pure hunger. I ate breakfast at 8:00am. Later I read my post being answered and it said too wait till I was hungry and use that feeding emotion too try and Drain someone, this would make it primal, like second nature. I waited 11 hours (It was 7:00pm) and till I was pretty hungry. I then walked into my brother's room and tried too drain him of his aura. I visulized myself breathing in his aura energy through my mouth, afterward I had a strange sensation through my body (maybe soul,), it kinda felt good. Then I visulized his inner enegry being taken out of his body and forming a ball in the air, then I put the ball in my hands, put my hands over my face and breathed the ball in my mouth and swallowed it. It went to my stomach and dispered. Another powerful sensation came over but it was different (I kinda felt like a predator). I went downstairs and drained my mother practicly the same way (She was reading her bible at the time). I felt extremely different. Finally I ate some food. After a little while that weird sensation faded but now my stomach feels like its in pain but only slightly hurts (like it's twisting)

My Main Question is: Did I Vampirise correctly:
Secondly: What were those sensations:
Finally: Why am I having strange pain later:
Update: Was it suppose to be slightly blissful because it was:

Actually, that twisting pain you're feeling is probably from not eating.
