The enemy will also seek to boost your ego and inflate it to where it's almost laughable to outsiders. 
If that doesn't work anymore, they seek to destroy your self-esteem through vicious, lying, hurtful thoughts that tell you that you are worthless, ugly, stupid, etc. Or they will seek to get you to commit suicide or hurt yourself in some way.
The best thing to do is to stay strong: stay strong in yourself and in Satan. Know yourself well. And ignore the enemy when they come at you with these thoughts because they thrive on attention.

Your willpower, which must be trained/used in your daily life(There are meditations for that, specifically void meditation is useful for ridding yourself of that which is unwanted).Someone who has 20 years experience in martial arts, but hasn't practiced a punch, or exercised in 5 years would be less adept at fighting than a person who is still currently training every day for several years.
