spinal shock

I have a quick question for any experenced members, lately I've been experencing a spinal shock a jolt of electrisity that runs from the base of my tail bone to the top of my head, basically from my base chakra to my crown chakra, and its quiet painful and comes at random. Is this normal or should I start consulting a doctor if it continues?

I have the same problem, I think that you should wait most likely it will stop for a while, when it stopped for me I felt that my insides were being pulled out of my mouth. You should not, in my eyes, go to a doctor because they will ask a lot of questions and that could be bad for you, like what have you been doing for the last few weeks? And then you can get into problems with the churches and all this.

Don't be afraid. Seems like your Kundalini pushes energy up the spine. Don't be afraid of pain, its never more than you can handle. Take care and always do Hatha, will make most of the pains more bearable.

Thank you I actually posted this almost a week ago, lol. But I stumbled on HP Vavim Baghie's initial serpant rising sermon that was posted in on the of the other groups and put two and two together.  Whats really odd is that I noticed the pain was worse everytime I walked into the laundry room where the indoor ac unit is.  Then I read about the refrigerater and desided to stay out of the kitchen. I just never expected anything like this happen so soon, so it didn't dawn on me until later what was going on.
