I find it a bit challenging and difficult to meditate upon and empower the chakras on my spine. If i focus on the spinal extension of a chakra then my whole spine begins to feel hot. Making it difficult to single the chakras out.
Would vibration be the best way to empower them or spinning them? Should i empower the main middle chakra then try to feel out the rear extensions? Any tips?
