It seems like when I do this: "In a positive manner for me, this energy is making it so that an attack against me by a *Jew* is being reflected".
Results in less anti-Satanic stuff and some forms of astral attacks at my face.

Whereas doing it for a *Reptilian* results in less "PTSD". And less of a particular health issue. There's no anti-Satanic attacks from them. Originally, I seriously thought I had PTSD now I question that. I wouldn't be surprised if it was completely just reptilians pretending to be traumatic/negative memories.

I don't get anything as noticeable with a *Grey*. For me it seems to be the two above. *Angel* is like Jew.

You don't need to specify the name and species of every virus and bacteria that exists. Simply stating, “I am at all times spiritually, physically, and mentally safe, secure, protected, powerful, strong, and healthy in a positive way for me,” while visualizing your powerful aura and vibrating runes is enough. Be consistent with it.

Most often, “attacks” are disillusions or the result of focusing on specific malefic and dirty energies for too long.
