Soul imbalance

Hello!
So in many workings with my soul I am experiencing my right side of the body being less sensible than the left. Also my ex told me that my left hand is much stronger than right when giving her massage. I asked my Guardian Demon to help me with it and I feel more balanced now, but how do I deal with it myself and what causes it? I want to feel centred and all. Could that be that I give less than receive? Since I heard that left hand receives and the right one gives. Please help.
