Some questions, please answer :)

1, Always when I'm focusing on my third eye I feel the preassure much futher down than it's suppose to be. If I focus harder I can feel the real third eye, but what is this other pressure(tends to move around from my third eye to my nose)?

2, Contacting a god with a pendulum whitout summoning them first, is that dissrespectful? I don't have the means to summon demons.

3, Can anyone describe what meditating on sigils is? How do you do it, and what is it that happens when you do it?
