solar chakra & food?

Does eating bad food inhibit the strength of your solar chakra?

I have tried vibrating different mantras on it but I can barely get any sensation on it despite workin on it every day along with the other chakras, I am even wondering if I should redo the opening of the chakra.

It sort of just feels like a bottomless pit.

And if you are wondering, no I did not do like 108 times raum on it. That would be way too much for any chakra for me to handle at this point.

I would think so, sense if bad food has fillers it lingers there longer cussing some kind of damage.
None the least doing a trance while working on it may help prob using also Thor rune.  Though prob 54 if can do that much if not  88 or 108.

I have done the returning curses thing for months and I am still having the problem so I highly doubt this would be useful for anyone tbh.

Well if you are not eating healthy, yes this can have effect on your power if all you eat is junk. Try eating a healthier diet if this is the case.

Not eating can have bad effects too. How can your soul go far if you have an unhealthy physical body.

Sorry, this is long. You asked several things in your post and I wanted to cover as much as possible. JoS and the forums are a great resource also!
The proper diet always helps. I understand that is a difficult endeavour sometimes. Start doing yoga. This will also help with diet concerns. JoS and the forum have links.
About your chakras, visualizations are very important. When you're feeling the undesired effect, stop. Do a void meditation. Then visualize what should happen, even if you need to do research on jos or on the forums. When you have a good picture in your mind, start again with spinning all your chakras, and then visualize each of them opening, lighting up and then glowing. Finish up with the aura of protection. Trust that it's happening, not what you've been led to think by the enemy. 
Remember, then enemy is a liar who wants you dead! A dead failure. The enemy  will try to blanket any thing you do with doubt! This is why Zevism need binding and cleaning rituals and a strong AoP. Whenever you get frustrated with your efforts, it's probably the enemy blocking things. Bind it. Clean your aura. Plug the hole with some of Father's White-blue Light. Build up your energy. Proceed again for a better outcome. 
All dedicated Satanists receive messages from the Gods. Learn to distinguish which ones are from Them and which are from the enemy. Check out jos and the forum for more info on this. The Gods will always teach/lead you. Learn to believe in them and trust them.

I think I understand the dwelling problem although I havent had any like I think something and the next day it happens moments.
