I was recently offered a job at Tesla for $19/hour, working a few 12 hour shifts a week. Of course I hate Tesla and Elon musk and I feel that I could never compromise my beliefs for money.
Problem is, I'm in a really tough position right now. I'm not satisfied in the place I live or the way I live but I need money in order to change this. I'd like to own land and a small house one day. My current job is about half the pay per hour, and I'm burnt out from working 6 days a week. I have very little time to meditate and do the warfare because of this schedule and wage. I've been doing the most basic cleansing and my squares mostly.
I also have the opportunity to take a job at Redwood, the battery recycling company that seems to be associated with Tesla. I'm not sure if that is any better but the pay is about the same. I'd be working with dangerous chemicals from the batteries, and I'm unsure if the safety precautions are really enough to prevent any kind of harm. If anyone has information or insight into these companies, I would really appreciate it.
