Shapeshifting and overwhelming feelings

Does anyone know a practical method for physical shapeshifting? I know how to astrally shapeshift, and I know that biokinesis is part of it. Also I want to ask if this ever happens to anyone else. Sometimes I have almost seizure like episodes, where my body gets hot, all of my abdominal muscles tense up, my whole body tightens and flexes. But also my sexual energy feels like its peaking, and its very arousing. I dont know what this is or what it might mean, but my guides tell me to control it that im not ready for it. I know this might not sound like anything, but if anyone knows something or has any ideas please let me know. Thank You

I'm no expert, but that could be kundalini energy going off before you're ready.

From what I've read on biokinesis is that it is some of the most difficult kinds of magick. But there have been recorded incidences of women changing into men, or men changing into women. That alone would take quite the energy, let alone physically changing into anything else.
