Sexual arousal?

Im still new at all of this, so i need to know if thisnis normal. Whenever im meditating i experience the most extreme sexual arousal ive ever felt. Is this normal?

Yes, it's normal. I experienced this too when I first started, and when I add a new, more powerful meditation to my routine, my sex drive gets cranked up for a week or two. Since you're new, it's probably being caused by the initial opening/empowering of your sacral chakra. It'll go away in time, as your body adjusts to the higher amounts of energy and spiritual growth.

There are a lot of possibilities, but two scenarios are the most likely:
Either you have a past life partner (succubus etc.)who is trying to contact you or
since you are new (this one is the most likely) you are getting attacked by the enemy and they try to distract you.

Yes. The raising of energies (which is what happens during meditation) can create such feelings. Especially meditation on the sacral chakra.

I need to add something to my response here. It's only coming from the enemy if it distracts you while meditation or otherwise keeps you from advancing. Otherwise it's natural and thats perfectly fine and healthy.
