Having flings and such is one thing, if both parties involved are in a mutual understanding. There's nothing really wrong with that unless it becomes excessive or dangerous.
With or without magic though, "making" someone have sex with you only to intentionally cut them out of your life like they're disposable when you're done with them isn't ethical behaviour. If you're attracting someone to you, or performing a spell to make them fall in love with you, just so you can have sex with them and ghost them, regardless of how they feel, I would say your mindset could use some re-evaluation on the matter.
