Astrology Natal chart, moving to another country

Please tell me, if my natal chart doesn't show a likely move to another country, but I do move there, would that mean I've changed my fate, which is predetermined? I don't know what the natal charts look like for the people I'm about to mention, but there are people who move to another country and soon die, and there's an interpretation of this that says 'where you were born is where you're useful,' and that the metacode of the place protects him. If that's so, how can it be checked? I also wanted to ask: suppose a person earned a lot of money and left his country for a rich country where, until the end of his life, he does nothing special except entertainment and spiritual development, whereas in his own country life would be much harder even with money. What does this mean — did the person escape bad money karma and attachment to his country because he removed all the negativity, or did he simply run away from the karma he needs to work off, and as a result will have to work it off in the next life? And the last question: does a person usually get born in the country where he died? Thank you
